Our Quality Control Department verifies the authenticity of the purse and also makes sure it is in excellent or good condition. A purse/accessories will not pass our Quality Control process if it is not authentic and/or it is not in excellent or good condition. If the purse/accessories does not pass our Quality Control process, it will be returned to the seller, at seller’s expense. If the purse/accessories is returned to seller, the buyer’s costs, if any, will be reimbursed 100%. If a trade-in cannot take place because one of the members misrepresented the authenticity or condition of her purse/accessories, all associated costs will be borne by that member who misrepresented her purse. It is important that you disclose everything about the purse/accessories and that you are honest about its condition, or else you risk failing our Quality Control Process and accruing to yourself unnecessary costs. The Quality Control process takes four to seven (4-7) days.
